Volunteer Opportunities

School Crossing SignDrop-Off and Pick-Up Help

When: start or end of the school day

The Watch D.O.G.S. program seeks adult volunteers interested in keeping the drop-off and pickup of students safe and well supervised. Adult family members that can be available for just an hour at the beginning or end of the school day could provide a much needed presence on the school grounds, directing traffic, ensuring safety and keeping the lanes clear for the busses to get to the school on time. Please contact Bryan Broyles at torgeaux@hotmail.com with questions or interest.

A tree cookie nametagTree Cookies/Tree Discs

When: anytime during the year

Each year, our sixth grade team needs about 250 round pieces of wood that are about 4 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick. They are used as nametags during the week of Outdoor Lab, so they will need a small hole drilled near the edge. Please see the sample image for how they are used; please contact Ms. Sjogren or Ms. Buffington if you can help or have additional questions.
